 Lyndie Greenwood was born on June 6, 1983 in Canada, is an actor from Canada. Canadian actress. She is best known for her regular role as Sonya on the CW's Nikita. Alongside being a regular part of the cast of FOX's Sleepy Hollow where she played the role of Jenny Mills (2013). She was born June 6 on the 6th of June, 1983 in Toronto. She began acting training at various schools, like the Professional Actors Lab, Jason Fraser Studios, Etobicoke School of the Arts as well as at the University Settlement Drama Group.She received a Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Toronto in 2006. Her first appearance on screen was in an affordable Canadian movie Pinkville. She made her television debut in an episode of the show The Listener.
