Lyndie Greenwood, born on June 6th, 1983 in Canada, is a Canadian actor from Canada. She is most well-known for her regular role as Sonya on The CW's Nikita. Alongside being a regular member of the cast on FOX's Sleepy Hollow, she also played the character of Jenny Mills. In 2019 she joined the cast of the Amazon Prime Video series The Expanse in the recurring role as Dr. Elvi Okoye.Born and raised in Toronto, Greenwood studied dance in school and is also adept at martial arts. She was a student at several voice and musical theater schools in Canada. Training in acting began at various schools, including the Professional Actors Lab and Jason Fraser Studios. She also attended the Etobicoke School of the Arts. In 2006, she earned an undergraduate degree in Science from the University of Toronto. Her first appearance was in Pinkville which was which was a low-budget Canadian film. On an episode of The Listener she made her TV debut. She has appeared on numerous television shows, including Flashpoint, Rookie Blue and Being Erica.
