Lyndie Greenwood (born June 6, 1983) is a Canadian actress best recognized for her role as the recurring character of Sonya on the CW's Nikita and also as a regular cast member of FOX's Sleepy Hollow, in which she played the role of Jenny Mills in 2013. She was born on June 6 on the 6th of June, 1983 in Toronto. She began acting at a variety of schools which included the Professional Actors Lab and Jason Fraser Studios. She also attended Etobicoke School of the Arts. In 2006, she graduated with an undergraduate degree from the University of Toronto. Her first appearance on screen was in Pinkville, a low-budget Canadian film. She made her television debut in an episode of the show The Listener.
