Alicia Silverstone

 Amanda Drury, an Australian journalist and anchor for CNBC is anchor of news and hosts programming in business and finance in New York City. She was born on May 5, 1973. Drury was the co-host of Street Signs in the USA from the beginning of the show until February 6, 2015. She has also been featured on numerous CNBC programs as an expert on business, finance and other areas. [citation needed] She graduated with a bachelor's degree in fine arts, Japanese as well as French at the University of Melbourne. She also was a student at the Australian Film Television, and Radio School.Drury started working in Japan in international relations. Her career in broadcasting began in radio, but she changed to television. She worked for Bloomberg Tokyo in 1999 between 1999 and 2000. She was hired by CNBC in January 2001and worked for eight years in the company's Asia-Pacific headquarters in Singapore. In 2009, she worked at CNBC Sydney. She was later transferred to CNBC's worldwide headquarters located in New Jersey in May 2010. Drury was co-anchored for "The Call" when she first was hired by CNBC USA. Drury has been on different CNBC programs and segments. In March 2011, she was named co-presenter of The Call (US Version). She was also a finalist in the 2008 and 2007 Asian Television Awards in category of the Best News Presenter.
