Ali Krieger

 Alexandra Blaire Krieger (born July 28th 1984) is an American soccer player with NJ/NY Gotham Football Club of the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL),the most prestigious division of professional women's soccer in the United States, and the United States women's national soccer team. She made her debut in the United States national team at the 2008 Four Nations Tournament during a match against Canada on the 16th of January 2008. Since then, she's played in over 100 games for the team. She represented the United States at the 2008 Four Nations Tournament in Canada on the 16th of January 2008. She took part in all matches for the United States at the FIFA Women's World Cup 2011 including the one that kept opponents scoreless for a record duration of 540 minutes. Krieger sustained an injury that was serious to her knee in 2012 during the CONCACAF Women's Olympic Qualifying tournament. The injury was not enough for her to recover in time to make it to the 2012 Olympic Team. Krieger was able to endure for another four years, was chosen to her first Olympic team and took part in the Rio Olympics 2016. She became the oldest and first time US Olympian for women's soccer.
