Alexa Demie

 Alexa Demie is an American actor and singer from the United States. She is best known for her role in the role of Maddy Perez on the HBO teen drama television series Euphoria. Demie's first feature film appearance came by playing a small part in Brigsby Bear (2017). She then starred in Mid90s (2018) the come-of-age drama, as well as Waves (2019). Demie has also been featured in a variety of music videos.Born in Los Angeles, California,Demie grew in the neighborhood of Atwater Village. Rose Mendez, her mother was a makeup artist who immigrated from Mexico when she was a child and was pregnant with Demie at a young age. Demie stated that she didn't have the "best male models" in her life and was not a fan of men. Demie lived in a neighborhood that was near meth labs and was next to meth addicts. The Black Eyed Peas recording station was right around the corner. Demie was the victim of bullying and fighting at home during her childhood. When she was a teenager she left her abusive home to escape the toxic atmosphere. But, she has described her family as "very supportive" and "there for the other".From the time she was in elementary school to high school, Demie was bullied by her classmates, describing her self at the period as "quite a loner". Demie began performing arts during her senior year of high school.
