Aislinn Derbez

 Born in Mexico City, Aislinn Derbez is an Mexican actress whose parents are artist Gabriela Michel and Eugenio Derbez, who is considered to be among the best and most well-known Mexican performers as well as comedians alive. Silvia Derbez who is a Mexican actress is her grandchild. Aislinn is of Mexican origin, having her mother's grandmother and paternal grandfather as well as French from her paternal grandmother and maternal grandfather.Aislinn was a resident of New York City for four years (2006-2009) during which she pursued studies in theatre, visual arts, photography, and writing and graduated with a bachelor's degree in Visual Arts at NYC's School of Visual Arts. She began modeling at age fifteen. In 2009, she began acting in Mexico's film industry. She has starred in more than 15 feature films over the past seven years (2010-2017), and several television series too. She was in the role in the film "A La Mala," which was a top 10 box office hit.Today Derbez is among the most well-known and popular Mexican actresses of her generation. In 2016, she moved to Los Angeles and has participated in independent films and shows like "Win it All" featuring Jake Johnson, directed by Joe Swanberg; and the Netflix anthology series "EASY." Derbez and her husband Mauricio have created "A Toda Madre Entertainment" which is a production company located in California. They produce content in Mexico as well as in the United States.
