Jimmy Fallon

 Jimmy Fallon was born in 1974 in Brooklyn, New York, to Gloria (Feeley) and Jimmy Fallon. He is of Irish and Norwegian descent. He was raised in Saugerties, New York, which is located in upstate New York. He has performed stand-up as well as characters and impressions across the country in some of the most famous comedy clubs, such as the Improv (in Los Angeles) and Caroline's Comedy Club (in New York City). The Groundlings in Los Angeles is a school that offers acting as well, is where he learned to study. Jimmy was added to the SNL cast Saturday Night Live (1975) as a guest performer in September 1998. Jimmy is regarded as the greatest SNL actor ever since Phil Hartman and is a well-known name among SNL fans. Within a few years, however, he went to New York City to audition for a role on SNL, and he joined the cast in 1998. The SNL format was used as an opportunity to showcase Fallon's comedy impressions. He frequently portrayed famous people and created memorable characters , such as Jarret the stoner, and Nick Burns, a patronizing computer expert. Fallon was host of SNL's weekly update segment "Weekend Update" alongside Tina Fey for the last four seasons. In the sketch, the two actors acted as coanchors, mixing humor with current news stories.
