Amanda Bynes

 Bynes began acting professionally at the age of seven, appearing in a commercial on television for Buncha Crunch candies.During her childhood she also appeared on stage in productions of Annie, The Secret Garden, The Music Man, and The Sound of Music.Later she attended a comedy camp at the Los Angeles Laugh Factory and was spotted by an Nickelodeon producer, who then contacted her to be selected by the network for the sketch comedy series All That, where she was in various roles between 1996 and 2000. Bynes was a major character on the show and won a Kids' Choice Award 2000. Bynes was also a regular member of the show Figure It Out from 1997 until 1999.At 13 years old, Bynes starred in the All That spin-off comedy The Amanda Show from 1999 to 2002.She was the first to make her mark in the series, which earned her accolades and praise. Bynes was awarded four Kids' Choice Awards, and was nominated for two Young Artist Award nominations. She starred in Big Fat Liar as Kaylee her best friend Frankie Muniz. Although the film had a mixed reception, it was a commercial hit and she was awarded a Kids' Choice Award for her performance. In 2002, she was cast in her first starring role on the WB sitcom What I Like About You from 2002 until 2006. co-starring alongside Jennie Garth.
