Aliya Mustafina

 Aliya Farkhatovna Mustafina (Russian: Aliia Farkhatovna Mustafina) is a Russian former gymnast who was an artistic. With a combined total of 45 Olympic, World and European Championship medals, she is considered one of the top gymnasts of all time.She is the all-around world champion as well as the 2013 European all-around champion, and the 2012 and 2016 Olympic uneven bars champion, and a seven-time Olympic medalist. Mustafina has tied with Svetlana Khorkina as the highest number of medals awarded by an Russian gymnast (not including Soviet Union women's national artistic gymnastics team). Mustafina was the 9th gymnast to win medals in each event of the World Championship. She also was the most decorated gymnast in any sport, except swimming, and tied with Svetlana Khurkina to set the record. She was the first female gymnast (since Simona Amanar 2000) to be awarded an all-around medal in two Olympics and also the first since Svetlana Kharkina, in 2000, to defend her title at an Olympic apparatus final. [5]Mustafina and Simone Biles are -most decorated Olympic female gymnasts in the 21st century.In February 2021, Mustafina was named as the head coach for the Russian junior national team.
