Alexandra Paul

 Alexandra Elizabeth Paul was born on the 29th of July, 1963. She is an American actress and activist. Paul started her modeling career in New York, before landing her first major role as Christine (1983) which was the horror film of John Carpenter. She was then featured in American Flyers (1985), 8 Million Ways to Die (86), and Dragnet (1987). But her most well-known role is that of Lt. Stephanie Holden on the television show Baywatch that ran from 1992 to 1997. She has performed in more than 100 films and television programs.Paul was born in New York City to Sarah, an social worker from England as well as Mark Paul, an American investment banker. Paul was raised along with her identical twin sister, Caroline and her younger brother, Jonathan, in the rural town of Cornwall, Connecticut. Paul claims that her mother was an liberal Democrat as well as her father was conservative Republican. The twin sister Caroline has been a San Francisco firefighter (where she is often misidentified as Alexandra) and best-selling author. Her brother, Jonathan, is an animal rights activist.Paul was a student at the Cornwall Consolidated School, and the Groton School in Massachusetts. Paul had two major abdominal surgeries to eliminate Choledochal Cys between the ages of 17 and 18. The scar that extended from her navel down to her sternum was a permanent scar. Paul was admitted to Stanford University but she decided not to attend in order that she could pursue acting
