Nicollette Sheridan

Nicollette Sheridan born 21 November 1963 was an American actress. Following her first stint as an actress, she went on to become a model. In 1984, she was a cast member in ABC's short-lived soap opera Paper Dolls. She also was a part of The Sure Thing (1985) which was a romantic comedy. She became famous in the role of Paige Matheson on the CBS primetime soap opera Knots Landing (1986-1993), for which she won two Soap Opera Digest Awards. Sheridan was later seen in numerous miniseries and television films, including Lucky Chances (1990), the Virus (95), and The People Next Door (1996). She also appeared in feature films Noises Off (1992), Spy Hard (1996), Beverly Hills Ninja (1997), and Code Name: The Cleaner (2007).From 2004 until 2009, Sheridan played Edie Britt on the ABC television show Desperate Housewives, for which she was nominated for the Golden Globe Award for Best Supporting Actress for a miniseries, series, or Television Film in 2005. From 2018 to 2019 she was the character Alexis Carrington on The CW's Dynasty reboot
