Nicky Whelan

 She hosted a variety of shows before Neighbours. She hosted Beyond the Boundary (Network Ten) as well as Coxy's Big Break(Seven Network), Melbourne Woman (Seven Network) and also playing the role of "Chrissie Grant" as a fictional persona, on Russell Coight’s Celebrity Challenge (a spin-off from All Aussie Adventures). Whelan is also known for her role as the host and face of Shepparton's rural Victorian city. She was also the host of the Moonee Valley night racing for eight years. Whelan has also been a model for several Australian magazines, including FHM (in October 2007), Ralph (in November 2005) and Inside Sport.) and Inside Sport. In November 2007, Whelan appeared at Harrow, London, to promote sustainable transport and initiatives that improve the environment. She also shot a few photos for Harrow's 'It's up to All of Us' campaign.At the event, she revealed that after Neighbours was released, she was in discussions over film projects for feature. Whelan was spotted at Hollywood and Wine in Los Angeles along with David Spade. Whelan played Maya who was an Australian student studying at a medical school. In November of 2010 Whelan was featured in a viral ad for Rokk Vodka alongside The Lonely Island. 5: Whelan was the character Leigh in Hall Pass in November 2010. It was a viral advert for Rokk Vodka which was aired alongside The Lonely Islands.
