Maria LaRosa

 Maria LaRosa, an American meteorologist from the United States. She has been a WNBC-TV New York meteorologist since July 2019 and is also a substitute weather presenter for the NBC's Today.She was previously employed by The Weather Channel in Atlanta. From 2014 to 2015, she hosted America's Morning Headquarters along with Sam Champion, Mike Bettes, as well as from September 23rd 2018 to September 23, 2018. She hosted Weekend Recharge with Paul Goodloe until September 23, 2018.LaRosa was born in New York state, but was raised in Ramsey, New Jersey. She joined KYW-TV, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in June 2004. Later, she was hired by WXIX-TV, the Fox Broadcasting Company station in Cincinnati, Ohio. She was KYW's noon and weekday morning meteorologist. She was a meteorologist as well as a presenter for WTVM-TV which is the ABC station located in Columbus, Georgia. She was a part of The Weather Channel in 2010 and worked as a meteorologist on camera on Weekend Now and PM Edition. Co-host Todd Santos was her co-host. In March 2012, she resigned for the 5:30 to 6:00am version of First Outlook and Your Weather Today from 9:00 to 10:00am (EST).She hosted The Morning Show with Al Roker and Stephanie Abrams from 5:30 to 7am (2012 Up With Al from 5:30 tto 7am with Stephanie Abrams, Al Roker and Mike Bettes (2012-2014), Morning Rush from 7-10am with Abrams and Bettes (2010-2014) as well as America's Morning Headquarters (2014-2015). September 23rd, 2018 was her final day with The Weather Channel.
