Canadian actress Emily Irene VanCamp, /,vaen’kaempwas born on 12 May, 1986. Her first recognition was for her work as a producer Greg Berlanti. He cast her as a actor in the WB drama Everwood (2002-2006) as well as the ABC drama Brothers and Sisters(2007-2010). VanCamp was also recognized for her role as Emily Thorne, the ABC series Revenge's leading character from 2011 to 2015. From 2018 to 2021, VanCamp starred on the Fox medical drama series The Resident. VanCamp also starred as Sharon Carter/Agent 13/Power Broker in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. She appeared in the films Captain America, The Winter Soldier (2014) and Captain America, Civil War (2016). At the age of 12, she was accepted into the Ecole superieure de ballet du Quebec, the training program of Les Grands Ballets Canadiens,and moved in with a French-Canadian family.
