Alice Lee is an American actor and singer. She is most known for originating the role of Heather Duke in the Off-Broadway production of Heathers: The Musical and for her role as Emily Kang on Zoey's Extraordinary Playlist. Lee is also a YouTuber. Lee is a North Shore native, having grown up in Glenview and attended Glenbrook South High School. In 2009, Lee began her acting career with As the World Turns. Lee is Korean-American but her character in Wish Upon Gina is Chinese. In 2014, Lee played the role of Heather Duke in Heathers: The Musical at New Worlds Stages Off-Broadway. Lee chose to leave Heathers to take on Rising Star. She came in 11th. Lee has appeared in several movies like Brittany Runs a Marathon (2019) and Sierra Burgess Is a Loser (2018). Lee is Emily in Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist (2020). Although she initially auditioned for the role of Mo but was offered the role of Zoey's sister-in law on the show.
