Alia Bhatt

 Alia Bhatt, /'a:li@/; was born on the 15th of March, 1993. She is an Indian British actress who is mostly an actress from the Hindi language. She is among India's highest-paid actresses. She has been on Forbes India's Celebrity 100 List since 2014. In addition, she won the TIME100 Impact Award for 2022. Alia Bhatt is the daughter of Mahesh Bhatt who is a film director, and Soni Razdan, an actress. After her first acting role as a child in 1999 film Sangharsh She landed her first major part in Karan Johar's teen film Student of the Year (2012). The film was nominated for the Filmfare Critics Award as Best Actress for her part as a kidnapping victim on Highway (2014). After that, she went on to play a number of romantic films directed by Karan Johar including the thriller Dear Zindagi (2016) and Udta Punjab (2016). In the film, she played an undercover spy as part of Raazi (2018). In addition in Gully Boy (2019), she played a possessive girlfriend. Following two movies that were not very well appreciated, she was given praise for her role as Gangubai Kathiawadi's titular character.
