Ali Hillis, born December 29, 1978, is an American actress. She has appeared on television and in film and voiced several characters from videogames. Her best-known role is her role in video games as Dr. Liara T'Soni in the Mass Effect trilogy, Lightning in the Final Fantasy XIII series, and Palutena in Kid Icarus: Uprising.Hillis was born in Huntington Beach, California on December 29th, 1978. At the age of six months old, Hillis and her family moved to Normal, Illinois and at age 3 moved she moved to Sheboygan Falls in Wisconsin. When she was 13 she relocated to Charlotte, North Carolina and appeared in The Children's Theater. She auditioned for Broadway productions in New York City, including FreakyLinks, Naruto and Less Than Perfect. Lightning in Final Fantasy XIII and its sequels, as well as Dissidia 012 Final Fantasy are her video game characters. Karin in StarCraft II Wings of Liberty, Ariel Hanson and Karin in StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty are Karin and Palutena respectively in Kid Icarus. Isabelle Sinclair is Fuse.
