Alexis Knapp

    Alexis Merizalde Knapp, born July 31, 1989 [citation needed]), is an American actress. She played the role of actor Stacie Conrad, Alexis Merizalde Knapp (born July 31, 1989[citation needed]) and Alexis in Project X (2012). She is the daughter of Marjorie Knapp and Bradford Elwood Knapp. Knapp grew up in the Outer Banks of North Carolina and then moved to Los Angeles at the age of 18. She was also an actor before moving to Los Angeles. Knapp was in the background in Percy Jackson & the Olympians: The Lightning Thief as Aphrodite Girl #9 and in Couples Retreat as a Dance Academy Girl. In 2012, Knapp appeared in her first major roles in the film industry, as Alexis in Project X, and as Stacie Conrad in the cult film Pitch Perfect, a sex-crazed Barden Bella. Knapp reprised her role in the sequel to Pitch Perfect's 2015 film which also featured a brief appearance in the 2017 sequel.Knapp was in the pilot of ABC's short-lived series Super Fun Night, written by and featuring her Pitch Perfect co-star Rebel Wilson. She starred in the Tom Vaughan directed film So Undercover as Taylor Jaffe. Knapp played a prominent role in the first season of the TBS comedy Ground Floor, portraying Tori the party girl who is caught up on her sleep at work in the morning.
