Alex Hook

 Alex Hook, who plays the character of Frankie Gaines on Nickelodeon's hit Nickelodeon series I Am Frankie, is the main character of Alex Hook. Alex was born in Toronto, Ontario, Canada in 2001. She relocated to Kingston, Ontario with her parents and older brother in 2008. She began acting in a local musical theatre which she was part of for a number of years. Alex realized at an young age that she would like to pursue acting as a career so when she told her mom that she was serious about acting in film and television her mother contacted SoHo Management (her current agency), which started her busy and rewarding journey into the world of film and television. After a few months of joining SoHo Management, Alex began making commercials for The Family Channel. She became a series leader on one of the biggest networks around the globe within three years. Alex can often be found playing sports or in the wild when she isn't on set.
