Alex Hook

Alex Hook is the star of the cult Nickelodeon show "I Am Frankie", playing the role of Frankie Gaines. Alex was born in Toronto (Ontario), Canada in 2001. She relocated to Kingston, Ontario in 2008 with her parents and older brother. Her first exposure to acting was in a local musical theatre which she performed in for many years. Alex was aware from an early age that she wanted to do. Her mom approached SoHo Management, which launched her productive and busy career in the field of film and television. After just a few months of joining SoHo Management, Alex began booking commercials for The Family Channel. She was able to be the series' leader for one of the largest networks in the world within three years. When she's not on set Alex is often engaged in a sport or adventurous activity.
