Tran Jeong

 Tran Jeong is a family doctor from Vietnam who is American. She is married to actor Ken Jeong, who is well-known for his character of Ben Chang in the sitcom Community as well as the criminal Leslie Chow in The Hangover film series. Tran's parents were of Vietnamese origin, however she was born in the United States. She graduated from UCLA's David Geffen School for Medicine. She has been a family doctor for almost two years. While working at Kaiser Permanente West California in 2002, she became acquainted with Ken. They had a relationship for two years before being married in the year 2004. Tran as well as her husband have twin girls, Zooey (Alexa) Tran was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2008, only one year after their kids were born. Following her diagnosis, she was treated with 16 chemotherapy sessions and had an operation called a mastectomy. Later she received radiation therapy. Her husband was the primary caregiver throughout the whole ordeal. In October 2010 the doctors of her family informed her that she was cancer-free. Tran Jeong as well as her family members, as well as her physician, a Woodland Hills, California-based physician are currently residing in Los Angeles.
