The constant pursuit of his childhood goals made Rob Dyrdek a professional athlete at 16 years old and pushed him into the world of business long before the majority went to college. Dyrdek was raised in a community of entrepreneurs and learned quickly how important it was to build brands. He launched his first company when he was just 18. He helped to transform an expanding footwear and apparel company into an international $500 million business by leveraging his influence. He also used his expertise to develop skate brands later on in his career, including the world's first true professional skateboarding league Street League Skateboarding and a first of its kind skateboarding channel ETN.
