Lil Boosie

 Lil Boosie was born Torrence Hatch in Baton Rouge, Louisiana on November 14, 1983. his nickname was given to him Boosie by his family and was raised on W. Garfield St. in a ghetto within the streets of the south-side Baton Rouge (SSB).Growing up, Boosie was hardened by the many hardships that he had to endure. The area he lived in was well-known for its drug and violence. For those who were not there it was a wilderness for residents, but it was a way of life. Boosie was very into basketball in order to stay away from the streets. His father was killed by drugs, and Boosie was moved into the home of his grandmother. Being a child without a father figure and without a solid guide, Boosie turned to drugs and crime. Boosie was kicked out of school and began freestyling to pursue his passion for music. Boosie resided in the 225 and had no connections or any real exposure. Lil Boosie teamed up with Baton Rouge rapper C-Loc in the late 1990s and made his debut on C'Loc's 5th album,
