Kristy Swanson

 Kristy Swanson, an American actress hailing from California is Kristy Swanson. She has been active in her acting career from the 1980s onwards. Her most memorable performance was playing the original version of Buffy Summers in the horror comedy "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" (1992).Swanson was born in Mission Viejo, California, an unplanned community situated in Orange County. It is situated in a region of hills that is located about 49 miles (79 kilometers) south from Los Angeles. Swanson began to develop an interest in acting during her early years. She began pursuing roles in commercials for television when she was 9, and first appeared in a commercial for doll houses. For a few more years she continued to be featured in commercials. Swanson first appeared on TV in 1984 in short-term roles. Swanson gained attention for her role as Stephanie Brandon in the episode "On the Street" (1985) of the police procedural "Cagney and Lacey."
