A beautiful, rabid-haired beauty Jordana Brewster was born on April 26, 1980 in Panama City, Panama. Maria Joao Leal de Sousa (brazilian-born model) was her mother. She was featured on the cover of Sports Illustrated's issue in 1978. Alden Brewster, her father is an American-born investment banker. He has English, Scottish and Irish ancestral roots. Her paternal grandfather, Kingman Brewster, Jr. was an ancestor of the Mayflower descendant was president of Yale University from 1963-1977. Jordana was raised in London, England up until the age of six. Her family made the decision to relocate to Rio de Janeiro, where her mother was born. They would stay for the next four years. Jordana was able to speak fluent Portuguese during her four-year time in Rio de Janeiro. When she was 10 Jordana's family was able to move once more, but this time, they'd move to Manhattan. This is that Jordana attended Sacred Heart, an all-girl Catholic school before moving on to the New York Professional Children's School. In her teens, it was at this point that Jordana began to earn a name for herself by appearing in two of the longest-running daytime television soap operas.
