Kari Matchett

 Kari Matchett Kari Matchett, an Canadian actress, is well recognized for her appearances in Power Play as Colleen Blessed and Covert Affairs as Joan Campbell. She also was the character Kate Filmore in Cube 2: Hypercube. Her film credits include Apartment Hunting (2000) and Angel Eyes (2001), Men with Brooms(2002), Cypher (2006), Civic Duty (2006) and The Tree of Life (2011). She was born in Spalding in Saskatchewan. She attended high school at Lethbridge Collegiate in Lethbridge, Alberta. She was a student at the National Theatre School in Montreal as well as the Moscow Theatre. SchoolMatchett was on stage for three seasons at the Stratford Shakespeare Festival in Ontario.In Canada, her first big role was on The Rez, and her first role as a star was as Colleen Blessed on Power Play (1998-2000). Matchett was also a member of the A&E Network TV Series A Nero Wolfe Mystery (2001–2002) In the show, she played various characters which included Lily Rowan. In the show Wonderfalls she played Beth she was the bisexual love interest of the main character's gay sister.
