Alison Lohman

 Alison Marion Lohman (born September 18th 1979) is an American retired actress.Lohman started her career by playing tiny roles in independent and short films, and had an awe-inspiring debut as the lead of the drama film White Oleander (2002), which brought her attention and an Young Hollywood Award. She was recognized for her performance in the fantasy film Big Fish (2003) and the dark comedy film Matchstick Men (2003), winning a Hollywood Film Award for Best Supporting Actress in the second. She voiced the animated film Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind (2005) and was a part of the sitcom Tucker (2000-2001) before taking on a role in the soap-opera Pasadena (2001-2002).Lohman was occasionally involved as an actor throughout the latter part of the 2000s, notably playing roles in the action film Beowulf (2007) and the dramatic film Things We Lost in the Fire (2007). Drag Me to Hell (2009) was her highest-grossing film. It earned her nominations for both the Detroit Film Critics Society Award for the Best Actress and the Saturn Award as Best Actress. The MTV Movie Award in Best Scared-As-Shit Performance. After her marriage to Mark Neveldine, she decided to quit acting and concentrate on the three kids they have. Since then, she's had small roles in Neveldine’s films The Vatican Tapes (2015) and Urge (2016).
