AJ Michalka

 Amanda Joy Michalka (/mi:'Sa:k@/ mee-SHAH k@; born April 10, 1991)is an American actress as well as a musician and singer-songwriter. She is well-known as the other half of the musical duo Aly & AJ (briefly 78violet), alongside her older sister Aly Michalka. Michalka has been in films such as The Lovely Bones (2008) and Secretariat (2010). Michalka was also featured in the ABC sitcom The Goldbergs (2013-2023) and its spin-off series Schooled (2019-2020). She-Ra as well as the Princesses of Power (2018) are her most well-known role. Michalka is the younger sister of musician and actress Aly Michalka. Mark is her father, and Carrie is her mother. Carrie was a musician and was a member of the Christian rock group "JC Band". The couple has split up. As a little girl she lived briefly in Seattle and Milwaukee.Both she and her sister attended Mack Elementary. She has been playing the piano since the age of six and also began playing the guitar at a young age. She began acting at the age of five years old, mostly in church play productions. When she was young, Michalka began acting in church productions.
