Stephanie Ruhle

 Stephanie Ruhle Hubbard was born on December 24, 1975. She is the current host of The 11th Hour, and an analyst at the Senior Business level at NBC News. Ruhle was previously the anchor and managing editor of Bloomberg Television, and an editor-at-large for Bloomberg News. Ruhle was host of Bloomberg GO, the Bloomberg Television show Bloomberg GO. She was also among three Bloomberg reporters who broke the story of the London Whale. Her parents were Frank and Louise Ruhle. She was born in Park Ridge, New Jersey. She graduated from Lehigh University in 1997 with an undergraduate degree in international business. She was a student abroad in Italy, Guatemala, and Kenya as part of her degree. Ruhle will be returning to Lehigh to present the commencement address for 2017. Ruhle worked in finance for 14 years prior joining Bloomberg. She worked as an intern at Merrill Lynch during college. In 1997 she was hired by Credit Suisse, where she was a sales manager for hedge funds for six years. She was a Vice President of Credit Suisse First Boston and the top-producing salesperson for credit derivatives in the United States. In 2003, Ruhle joined Deutsche Bank to become an agent for credit sales for hedge funds. She concluded her time at Deutsche Bank with an executive Director in Global Markets Senior Relationship Management. Ruhle was at Deutsche Bank, founded the Global Market Women's Network in the hope of helping women succeed in getting into leadership positions within the organization.
