Rocsi Diaz

 Raquel Roxanne Diaz or simply Rocsi is a model and TV persona from Honduras. She is most well-known as the co-host on the BET program 106 & Park from 2006-2012. From 2012 until 2014, she was a correspondent for Entertainment Tonight. Diaz was born in Tegucigalpa (Honduras) and later moved with her family in New Orleans. Her parents are from Honduran, Chilean descent. Rocsi revealed on 106 & Park, July 30, 2009 that she had suffered from anorexia in her middle and high school years because of her love of cheerleading. She graduated from West Jefferson High School in Harvey, Louisiana. Nicholls State University was her graduation. She began her career in Dallas as a host on 97.9 The Beat The Beat, which was the city's best urban radio station. In Dallas, Rocsi cultivated a unique, street-smart style that caught the interest of Boston's Hot 97.7, where she was later promoted to DJ. She relocated to Chicago in 2004 and was hired as the midday DJ at Power 92 WPWX FM.
