Erin Richards

 Erin Richards is a Welsh actress, director and writer. She is most well-known for her roles as Molly Hughes in the television series Breaking In and Barbara Kean in the TV series GothamRichards was born in Penarth, Wales. She was a student at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama. She was a host of the Welsh-language magazine for teens Mosgito on S4C. In the following years she was a part of short films, and played roles in BBC TV programmes Crash (British TV) as well as Being Human (BBC TV). In 2012 she was cast as an executive assistant with a distinct English accent in Breaking In. Then, in January of 2012, she was a regular on Breaking In. She starred with Sharlto Copley in the role Sharon in Gonzalo Lopez Gallego's horror movie Open Grave. From 2014 until 2019she played Barbara Kean in FOX Television's series Gotham. She directed "The Trial of Jim Gordon", the fifth season's episode. The premiere was on 7 March 2019. According to FOX they have her in an unreleased film by an independent filmmaker named That Good Night with Max Brown and John Hurt. She also appeared in The Quiet Ones, Open Grave, and in television, Being Human in the UK. She is a resident of New York, Los Angeles and London.
