Cobrin is Jewish descent.Cobrin began her performing career as an improviser in Second City's teen ensemble and also danced for the Burklyn Ballet Theater touring Scotland, where she performed in the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.During that time, Cobrin also worked on Broadway musicals like All That Jazz and Wonderland, which were directed by Ben Vereen and Frank Wildhorn, respectively.After graduating high school at the age of 17 years old, Cobrin moved to Los Angeles, California to pursue an acting career.
