Alejandra Marrero (nee: Espinoza Cruz;[note born March 27, 1987) is a Mexican model, beauty queen and TV host. She won the first year of Univision's beauty contest/reality TV show Nuestra Belleza Latina on May 22nd, 2007.Prior to participating in Nuestra Belleza Latina 2007, Espinoza took part in the Nuestra Belleza Mexico 2006 pageant, finishing as 3rd Runner-Up. [Espinoza was competing against 11 other finalist contestants in Nuestra Belleza Mexicana 2007. She was one of 11 finalist on Nuestra Bella Latina 2007. In February 2008, Espinoza became a model and co-presenter on Univision's hit show Sabado, starring Don Francisco. After six seasons on Sabado Gigante, where she appeared in 333 weekly shows Espinoza resigned from the show in July of 2014. She is now pursuing other initiatives with other companies in Los Angeles. In 2014, she served as co-host of Nuestra Belleza Latina 2014.In July 2014, Univision announced that she will be hosting a new reality show and singing competition named La Banda scheduled for 2015. Her representation is through MC2 Model Management in Miami.
