Abby Lee Miller

 Abigale Lee Miller (born on the 21st of September 1965) is an American television personality who founded the Abby Lee Dance Company, which appeared on the reality television series Dance Moms for eight seasons.Miller was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, the daughter of a dance instructor and an owner of a dance studio. her parents being George Lamar Miller (1927 - 2000), and Maryen Lorrain Miller (1927 to 2014). Miller was raised around dance in Penn Hills, Pennsylvania, located in a Pittsburgh suburb, studying under the direction of her mother at Maryen Lorrain's Dance Studio.In 1980, when she was 14, Miller was given the responsibility to choreograph and coach one of the dance competition teams that her mother was a part of. Miller assumed the role of the studio and renamed Reign Dance Productions in 1995. In February 2012, Miller was expelled from Dance Masters of America Chapter #10. DMA said Miller's reality-TV series Dance Moms was a "complete mistaken portrayal of dance teachers as well as their students" and was harmful to the field of dance.
