Jill Biden

 Jill Tracy Jacobs Biden (born June 3, 1951) is an American educator. She is the present first lady of the United States since 2021, as the spouse of President Joe Biden. From 2009 until 2017, she was the second lady of America, when her husband was vice-president. Biden was an instructor of English at Northern Virginia Community College since 2009. She has a bachelor's in English from the University of Delaware and master's in English education from West Chester University. In addition to her English degree, she has returned to Delaware to finish her doctoral degree in education. For 13 years, she taught English and reading in high schools and also instructed adolescents who have emotional disabilities in a psychiatric facility. Biden taught English and writing at Delaware Technical & Community College from 1993 until 2008. Biden is thought to be the first spouse of a vice-president or president to hold a job with a salary during the husband's tenure.Born in Hammonton, New Jersey, she grew up in Willow Grove, Pennsylvania. She married Joe Biden in 1977, becoming the stepmother of Beau and Hunter two sons who were born to Joe Biden's first marriage. Biden and her husband have a daughter, Ashley Biden born in 1981. She co-founded the Biden Breast health Initiative non-profit organization, the Book Buddies program co-founder, and is active in Delaware Boots on the Ground. Together with Michelle Obama, she is also co-founder of Joining Forces. She has written an autobiography and two books for children.
