Mandie Taketa

 Mandie Adell Taketa is an American model, actress, fitness model, yoga instructor, as well as a martial artist. She is the ex-wife of comedian and actor Wayne Brady. Taketa is a native Hawaiian was educated in martial art by her father. She has been involved in and officiating at martial arts tournaments since childhood. She was also keen on dancing and received a full dance scholarship from the University of Hawaii. She made the decision to move to Los Angeles to pursue a career as a professional dancer and actor. She made her acting debut in 2007 in the comedy film "ManBand!" The Movie. Brady was married to Taketa in April of 1999. They have a daughter who was born in February of 2003. They decided to raise their daughter in a family after their April 2008 divorce. They later moved into Brady's home. Taketa isn't a regular social media user. She has an Instagram account where she posts occasionally.
