LaMelo is an American basketball player who scored an average of 26.7 points per games in the 2016-17 season. His position of play is Point Guard. In February 2017, he scored 92 points for Chino Hills against Los Osos in one game. This was the second-best record ever recorded by a player during the history of the California High School Basketball Championship. He received a lot of attention from the media for this achievement. Another extraordinary feat performed by LaMelo Ball occurred in December 2016 when he shot a half-court just a few seconds into a game. This feat attracted extensive media attention which included ESPN, ESPN, 247 Sports and CBS Sports. He's been compared to NBA star Stephen Curry for his repeated attempts to score long three-pointers.
