American actor Jessica Camacho has gained fame as Sophie Foster, a Fox supernatural drama series Gypsy in CW's superhero series The Flash' and Michelle Vargas in Netflix's science fiction series Another Life'. Camacho, originally from Chicago, discovered acting through the recommendations of her friend. Camacho fell in love quickly with the craft. After moving to San Francisco, California, she worked as a waitress while completing her training at the American Conservatory Theatre. Camacho later appeared on several projects on stage and in television in Chicago. Camacho made her screen debut on the children's program 'Come On Over' in 2007. Her first appearance on the big screen came a year later in the romantic comedy of the indie genre 'Desertion'. She has become a well-known actor over the years, primarily on television. She has also appeared in support roles in numerous films.
