Rob Dyrdek, a 16-year-old professional athlete who pursued his childhood goals with determination, went on to become a businessman before most people even entered college. Dyrdek grew up surrounded by entrepreneurs and quickly realized the importance of building brands. He launched his first company when he was just 18.
