Paul McCartney

 Sir Paul McCartney is a key persona in the world of contemporary music as a singer, composer poet writer, artist and entrepreneur. He is also a humanitarian and the owner of more than 3000 copyrights. He is in the "Guinness Book of World Records" which includes the biggest records, with the highest number of #1s (shared) and the most famous song, "Yesterday", largest live audience of solo performances (350,000+ in Brazil in 1989). He is regarded as one of the greatest entertainers of all time. James "Jim" McCartney was his father. He worked as a cotton merchant and a pianist who was part of the Jim Mac's Jazz Band, Liverpool. He is of Irish and English descent. The young McCartney was raised non-denominational. He was a performer and an artist, and he had a happy childhood together with Michael who was his younger brother. He was eleven years old when passing the 11+ exam in Liverpool. The exam is called "the award of the scholarship". He attended the school from 1953 to 1960 and earned an A-level in English and Art.
