Joe Montana

 Joseph C. Montana Jr. was born on the 11th of June 1956 in New Eagle, Pennsylvania. His father, Joe Montana Sr. was a supervisor at a finance firm, while his mother, Theresa, was a secretary with the same company. They lived in Monongahela (Pennsylvania). Joe loved playing sports. Every night as a young boy he would wait for his dad to get home, so they could play catch using a football or baseball and then try throwing the balls with tires for precision. Joe loved to play basketball with his friends and practice his skills. The Montanas had an basketball court within their backyard. He just loved to play sports.served as vice president of his class in the course of his senior year. He was also the starting quarterback for the football team from the middle of his junior year on. He was noticed by top colleges across the nation because of his talents. Parade Magazine named him an All-American quarterback in 1974.
