Fat Joe

 Joseph Antonio Cartagena, better known as Fat Joe, was born on August 19 1970. He is an actor and rapper from New York. His musical career began when he was an active member of the hip-hop group Diggin' in the Crates Crew. He started his career in music as part of Diggin' in the Crates Crew (D.I.T.C.). In 1993, he started an independent career. His first solo album, "Represent", was released in 1994 and featured the track "Flow Joe". It reached number one on the Hot Rap Songs charts. The album that has been his most commercially successful up to this point has been Jealous Ones Still Envy (J.O.S.E.) (2001); it was certified platinum by the RIAA and internationally certified silver by the BPI, as well as reaching the top 100 on numerous charts. The Terror Squad's "Lean Back" and "What's Luv?" are his most popular songs. featuring Ashanti & Ja Rule, "Make It Rain" featuring Lil Wayne and "All the Way Up" featuring Remy Ma, featuring French Montana and Dre.
